1. The app
Cyclio is provided “as is”. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Predictions and the fertile window are estimates based on the dates you enter and must not be used as a method of birth control or to plan or avoid pregnancy. Talk to a doctor about anything that worries you.
2. Cyclio Pro
Pro is a one-time purchase (no subscription, no trial) at the price shown in the app for your country. It is processed by Google Play and stays unlocked on your Google account; use Restore in the app after reinstalling. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.
3. Ads
The free version is supported by ads. Rewarded ads unlock a Pro feature temporarily (or one full report); nothing is unlocked if the ad is not completed.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell or misuse the app or its services.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TheYourList is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law in your country.
